Hello Hey Girl-Friends! I'm Baaack!! It feels very good to be back with you. I hope you enjoy this week's video. In celebration of my Birthday this week it's only right we make a cake. This recipe is a Banana Pudding Poke Cake! I am not a fan of bananas, and tend to eat around them while eating banana pudding. But this cake right here... is TOTALLY DIFFERENT! This week's recipe is Apple Nachos. A fun snack that is quick to make. I take this dish to social events with friends, and also make it for the children as an afternoon snack.

Raleigh Salvation Army needs Help!

Hey Girl What's for dinner wants to make sure that everyone has a good dinner.  The Salvation Army in Raleigh needs our help!  The food pantry had to temporarily close it's doors because the supply is EMPTY!  

We took our first 3 boxes of donated goods to the Salvation Army 1863 Capital Blvd Raleigh this weekend. And we will take another donation next Sat April 4th.

Hey there! This recipe was my absolute favorite meal as a child. Mom would make this in the winter and we loved it. I'm sure it was the easiest way to get us to eat our veggies. Burry it under mashed potatoes and cheese!!! Hope you like this one.

Dedicated to my son Torrin. He turns 14 this week!!! Happy Birthday Son!!! He is a smart and kind kid. I'm very lucky he chose me :-) This is his favorite food and I'm glad to share his favorite with others.  Enjoy! Tamara M
